Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Hair by Carissa Secondo requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your booked appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to pay 50% of the service booked. All NO SHOWS will be subject to pay 100% of the service booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated. We will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests. My goal is to provide each person the best experience I can. I understand that emergencies can happen and unexpected life things happen. I appreciate your continued support. Cards on file will be charged and or invoices will be sent and must be payed in order to book again. *Your card on file will only be charged in the event of less than 24 hour cancellation or no show.
